Delivery & Returns

Made to order
Every item in the K-Syran shop is printed to order by our production partner, Printful, so nothing sits in a warehouse. Printing usually takes 2–5 working days before your order ships.
Delivery costs and times
- United Kingdom: £4.95 per order, free over £75 — 3–7 working days after printing.
- Europe: £7.95 per order — 5–10 working days after printing.
- Rest of the world: £11.95 per order — 7–20 working days after printing.
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Orders may arrive in more than one parcel. Deliveries outside the UK may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country, which are the recipient's responsibility.
Returns and refunds
Because each item is made specially for you, we can't accept returns for change of mind or wrong size choice — please check the size before ordering. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
If anything arrives damaged, faulty or misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, email dan@intimacyrecords.co.uk within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund.
Lost parcels
If your tracking hasn't moved for 10 working days, or it says delivered but nothing arrived, get in touch and we'll sort it out with the carrier, including a replacement where needed.
