This policy explains how k-syran.com, run by K-Syran's management, Intimacy Records, uses personal information. Questions or requests: dan@intimacyrecords.co.uk.
What we collect and why
- Newsletter sign-ups — your email address, to send news, new music, tour dates and merch updates. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time.
- Contact form — your name, email and message, to reply to you.
- Shop orders — your name, email, phone number, delivery address and what you ordered, to make, deliver and support your order. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.
- Your basket — stored only in your own browser so it's still there when you come back.
Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run the site and your order:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Printful — printing and delivering your order
- Resend — sending emails
- Supabase and Vercel — hosting the website and its database
We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. Order records are kept for six years for tax and accounting purposes. Messages are kept for as long as needed to deal with them.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it. Email dan@intimacyrecords.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
